  • Easy Cancellation: Simply cancel your membership on the Mindbody Consumer app before your next month's billing cycle. It's quick and hassle-free.

Important Things to Know:

  • Freeze Option: Need a temporary break? You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months! This keeps your benefits and locks in your current pricing. Just send a written notice to hello@thesweatland.com. A $15 service fee applies.

  • Auto-Bill Management: To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel ONLINE before your next billing cycle. *Please note, no refunds will be processed.

  • Use Your Sessions! Don't let your valuable sessions go to waste. Be sure to use them before you cancel!

    We understand that sometimes life gets busy! Enjoy the flexibility of a month-to-month membership with NO minimum commitment.

Simply cancel directly through the Mindbody Consumer App — no browser needed!

To cancel a membership through the Mindbody Consumer App, follow these steps:

  1. Open Minbody Consumer App

  2. Login using you Mindbody Account Credentials or request a password reset if necessary.

  3. Tap “Profile” in the bottom right corner

  4. Tap the “Gear” icon in the upper right corner

  5. Select “Manage or Cancel Contracts” in the drop down

  6. Find your Sweatland Membership under “Active Contracts” and click “Cancel Contract” and "Terminate"

  7. Click "OK" to confirm termination
